We built Yousend with a simple mission: to make sending money home as easy as a text message. Fast transfers, competitive rates, and zero hidden surprises have always been our standard.

But we knew there was a missing piece to the puzzle. You didn’t just want to send money; you wanted to control it.

The wait is over. The Yousend Card is officially here.

Now, your Yousend wallet balance isn’t just a number in an app—it’s real spending power in your pocket. From ATMs in Lagos to online stores worldwide, your money is now everywhere you are.

What Is the Yousend Card?

The Yousend Card is a physical Verve debit card linked directly to your Yousend multi-currency wallet.

Think of it as the ultimate bridge. You already use Yousend to send money to Nigeria; now, that same balance can be spent instantly. No more waiting for bank transfers to clear, no more middle-men, and no more extra steps.

With your Yousend Card, you can:

  • Withdraw Cash: Access Naira at any ATM across Nigeria.
  • Shop in Person: Pay at supermarkets, restaurants, and fuel stations—anywhere Verve is accepted.
  • Pay Online: Settle bills, subscribe to services, and shop on your favorite Nigerian websites.

How the Magic Works: Spend, Don’t Stress

We’ve designed the Yousend Card to be “smart.” It works in the background so you don’t have to.

Your card is tied to your multi-currency wallet. When you swipe or withdraw, the card pulls directly from your balance. If you’re holding Pounds (GBP) or Dollars (CAD) but need to pay in Naira, our system handles the conversion instantly at our best exchange rates.

Example: You’re visiting Lagos and have £100 in your wallet. You need ₦50,000 for dinner. You simply tap your card at the POS terminal. Yousend automatically converts the exact amount of GBP needed and pays the merchant in Naira.

No manual swapping. No pre-calculating. Just spend.

Why We Built This

We built this card for the moments that matter:

  • The Traveler: “I’m visiting Nigeria for the holidays. Can I access my wallet balance without carrying bulky cash?” Now, you can.
  • The Family Provider: “My family needs money for emergencies. Can I give them a card they can use at an ATM?” Yes, you can.
  • The Daily User: “I have funds sitting in my wallet. Why can’t I just use them to pay for my Netflix or groceries?” Today, you can.

How to Get Your Yousend Card
