TERMS & CONDITIONS

Yousend UK Launch Gift Card Offer || Last updated [June 1, 2026]

These terms and conditions apply to all participants in the Yousend UK Launch Gift Card Offer (the “Offer”). By participating, you agree to these terms. Yousend may at any time and at its sole discretion terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Offer or these terms without prior notice.

1. DEFINITIONS

Offer: The Yousend UK Launch Gift Card Offer, a limited-time promotion under which eligible UK customers who send £500 or more in cumulative qualifying transfers during the Offer Period receive a £20 gift card, limited to the first 2,000 qualifying customers.

Reward: One (1) £20 gift card, redeemable with a single retailer selected by the customer from the eligible list in clause 5.

Offer Period: June 2, 2026 – June 30, 2026 (inclusive), or until the first 2,000 qualifying customers have been reached, whichever is earlier.

Qualifying Transfer: A completed outbound money transfer sent from a Valid Yousend Account during the Offer Period. Funds received into an account do not count.

Qualifying Threshold: £500 or more in cumulative Qualifying Transfers during the Offer Period.

Valid Yousend Account: A fully verified, unrestricted account that is not flagged for fraud or abuse and complies with Yousend’s User Agreement.

2. OFFER PERIOD

The Offer runs from June 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (inclusive), unless terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified earlier by Yousend, or until the first 2,000 qualifying customers have been reached.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to Yousend customers aged 18 years and over.
  • Participants must reside in the United Kingdom and hold a Valid Yousend Account.
  • Participants must complete the Qualifying Threshold as set out in clause 4.
  • The following are not eligible: employees, contractors and affiliates of Yousend and its group companies; and Yousend brand ambassadors, influencers and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of Yousend.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY

  • Send a cumulative total of £500 or more in Qualifying Transfers during the Offer Period. Transfers may be made in one or more transactions.
  • Only outbound transfers sent during the Offer Period count toward the Qualifying Threshold.
  • The Reward is limited to the first 2,000 customers to reach the Qualifying Threshold during the Offer Period.
  • Maximum of one (1) Reward per customer, regardless of the number or value of transfers made.
  • You may require participants to retain and produce proof of qualifying transactions.

5. THE REWARD

  • Each qualifying customer (within the first 2,000) receives one (1) £20 gift card.
  • The customer selects a single retailer from: Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons or Waitrose. 
  • The gift card will be issued electronically to the email address or account contact details registered to the customer’s Valid Yousend Account.
  • Gift cards are subject to the issuing retailer’s own terms, conditions and expiry periods.

6. RESTRICTIONS

  • The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • One Reward per customer and per Valid Yousend Account.
  • Reward eligibility requires a Valid Yousend Account and full compliance with these terms.

7. FRAUD AND ABUSE

  • Yousend reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Reward where a participant breaches these terms or the Yousend User Agreement, or engages in fraudulent, abusive or irregular behaviour.
  • Qualifying Transfers must be genuine transfers to third-party recipients. Self-transfers, circular transfers between linked accounts, or transfers later reversed or refunded do not qualify.
  • The Offer is void where prohibited and where any participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive or irregular.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yousend shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Offer.
  • Yousend is not liable for delays or failures in Reward delivery caused by incorrect contact details, third-party gift card providers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. OTHER TERMS

  • Yousend reserves the right to amend or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
  • Yousend reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and request supporting documentation.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with other Yousend promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • By participating, customers consent to Yousend using their first name or username for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. GOVERNING LAW

For customers in the United Kingdom, this Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales, to which both the customer and Yousend submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
